Taylored Music
I mentioned this a few weeks ago when Taylor made public that she was not happy with her discography being acquired by Scooter Braun (closely associated with Kanye who she hates). It looks like things have continued to deteriorate since then as they have restricted how she can play and use her own music. It is a sad state of affairs when music at any level is traded as a commodity instead of being enjoyed by a community.

Otis Blue - Otis Redding (1965)

Most of the works in this album were covers of Blues songs, including three tracks by Sam Cooke who had been shot dead earlier that year. The entire album was recorded in within twenty four hours in two sessions. One of the originals on this album would become much more famous ironically when it became a cover; Respect, by Aretha Franklin
