Weekly Buzz

Two musicians have created an algorithm to mathematically create every possible melody. They hope to copyright all of these or get the court to rule that you cannot copyright melodies since they can be mathematically generated. Their goal is to end the constant disputes and legal barriers that are being used to suppress musicians creative freedom when big labels work to siphon money from artists using massive back catalogs to get money from new songs. This is the type of story I can get behind.
