This new trend of brands trying to be cool hopefully ends soon as the attempts are getting more and more embarrassing. KFC tried to have a Colonel Sanders DJ at an EDM festival last week and the results were horrific.

Their debut album named after several members of the band had close family members die became an instant success. Despite many hiccups in production including forgetting to turn on microphones which they ended up for the most part leaving in the album. The song Haiti was recorded in Regine’s bathroom in the dark because she didn’t feel comfortable recording it in the studio at the time because it was so personal for her. You can actually hear her press stop on the tape recorder in the middle of the song.
